    If your camp kitchen needs repairs we will ship your replacement parts or components as per our product support policy and provide you with detailed instructions for easy replacement or maintanence.

    We do not offer or process exchanges on camp kitchens. Please familiarize yourself with both your vehicle’s cargo area specificatio as well as Kusa Kitchen’s dimensions. Be absolutely certain of your vehicle’s compatability before purchasing.

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

    Our Camp Kitchens and Storage Drawer products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly of components and systems manufactured in our facility, for the lifetime of the product.

    The term "lifetime" refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product. This does not refer your lifetime. We evaluate a product’s reasonable lifespan by its original intended use, how much use it gets, whether it’s been used according to and within the scope of our original design and maintained according to our specifications.

    What does this warranty cover?

    This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of components and systems manufactured or assembled in our facility.

    During the limited lifetime warranty period, Innate Outdoor LLC will repair or replace products or components within a product that we’ve determined to be defective due to improper assembly, materials or workmanship.

    What will we do to correct problems?

    If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will provide replacement components and parts at our discretion and will either A: provide detailed written instructions and/or remote phone or video support to guide the customer though a warranty repair or replacement process or, B: provide detailed written instructions and resources necessary to fulfill warranty repair or replacement by an authorized third party technician at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

    The Warranty Claim Process

    Contact us with: proof of purchase, a description of the malfunction or defect and photographs or video demonstrating the issue.

    We will clarify and confirm the issue, and request additional information if necessary

    We will ship you replacement component and parts, at no charge to you, with detailed instructions for at-home repair or facilitate repair services at an authorized third party shop local to your location.

    What does this limited warranty not cover?

    This warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors, exterior finishes and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be remedied for a reasonable rate and a fee may be charged for outbound and inbound shipping.

    Additional fees my be charge to customers outside of the United States and Canada.
